Crossroads Hospice in Oklahoma City is now ac! cepting applications for an Admissions Nurse.

We need a registered nurse who is meticulous with keen assessment skills to perform initial evaluations and intake assessments for patients referred to hospice.

The successful candidate will have two to five years experience as an RN with time spent performing assessments in hospice, home health or acute care.

The Admission Nurse will work a 10:30 to 19:00 shift Mondays through Fridays.

This is a full time salaried paid benefits position. Benefits include paid health and life insurance, 401K with matching, 208 hours of annual paid leave time, dental and vision plan, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement and employee discounted optional cafeteria plan add-ons.
