Our growing company is searching for a committed and proven Registered Nurse with excellent clinical knowledge. We have a new and beautiful 105 bed facility with unique amenit! ies and original concepts. We are looking for that special person who is a quick thinker, can diffuse conflict, and can keep pace with a busy skilled unit. We need this person to understand all aspects of the QIS survey and compliance rounds. Experience with electronic health records and an advanced knowledge of the state and federal regulations are needed. This is a new building starting with a few residents so a strong understanding of clinical systems is important as well as employee psychology and teamwork. An emphasis will be placed on the candidate's clinical skills, communication skills, work history,management experience, and survey history. Owasso has been the fastest growing community in Oklahoma from 1980 to 2000. It is a suburb of Tulsa. The opening is planned for some time in October.
