This position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting all care activities in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care. The RN also must demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide age-appropriate care, based on the assigned unit. This includes a thorough understanding of the principles of growth and development over the life span, along with the ability to assess/interpret issues relative to an individual patients status and age-specific needs. This position will ! adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure p! atient safety and compliance.
