Description: Harden HealthCare, LLC is employing Special Care Attendant right now, this career will be placed in Oklahoma. Detailed specification about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following; however other duties may be assigned:
Respect and keep confidential client information and property.

Be free o! f communicable disease or illness when reporting to work.

Call and report to a supervisor and/or client in advance (within 24 hours of scheduled time) if sick or unable to be at work for any reason.

Report client incidents/accidents to a supervisor immediately.

Report and respond to emergencies in a calm manner, I,e., calling 911 and notifying a supervisor.

Report to a supervisor any change in the client’s health or if the client is hospitalized.

Report to a supervisor any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation.

Report to a supervisor for any reason the client is not found to be at home, not responding to the door, or if the client leaves on vacation.

Report to a supervisor any unsafe activity or hazardous situation found at a client’s home or property.

Know how to use proper body mechanics or devices in the client’s home as needed for transferring or other tasks.

Accept temporary assig! nments in a designated geographic area.

Maintain cons! tant contact with assigned office to ensure assignments can be communicated.

Delivers services to clients only.

Must attend and complete all training, including Annual In-Service meetings.

Deliver services following the plan of care approved by the State and according to the Code of Ethics listed in Handbook.

**Must be active CNA and willing to travel

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None

Required Skills

Required Experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS:

Experience and Skills: Be able to read, write, and follow directions; and meet at least one (1) of the following requirements.

Have at least six (6) months paid work experience as an agency homemaker, nurse aide, maid or household worker; or

At least one (1) year experience, paid or unpaid, in caring for children or for sick or aged individuals; or

Succes! sful completion of formal training in nursing arts or as a nurse aide or home health aide.

Other Requirements: Be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Reliable automobile is required. Advanced Personal Care training is preferred. Able to understand and carry out directions or instructions and to record notes/keep records.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Client’s Home.
