We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Operat! ions based in our Oklahoma City office.
We are seeking an experienced, senior-level individual to lead, direct and supervise the clinical and non-clinical operations of the OK service center(s) supporting assigned business. Responsible for the management of operations through objectives and goals assigned to contract compliance. Monitors metrics and daily operations to assure success. Provides leadership & supervision to staff assigned to contracts, including quality, UM, retrospective reviews, provider training/education, consumer training/education, data collection, analysis and reporting, and technical assistance, to assure compliance with contract and accreditation standards. Assists with budgetary analysis to ensure the financial success of the service center. Serves as primary point of contact for client communication and problem resolution. Collaborates with program leaders, including medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve! processes, determine training needs and improvement opportuni! ties. Assists in budget review and management. Assists local management and corporate constituents with the enhancement of requests for proposals and related new business.
Education:
BA/BS minimum in a nursing, health care, business or related field required.
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years? experience in operations and management; Healthcare experience strongly desired.
- Experience with telephonic delivery models, case-management, utilization management and service center systems desirable.
- Knowledge of metrics, productivity measures and reporting.
- Knowledge of contract development and implementation.
- Microsoft Office Suite including excel and PowerPoint.
- Budget and financial skills.
- Able to lead & mange direct reports to achieve contract deliverables.
- Aptitude for systems planning and prioritization of tasks.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal &! listening); uses appropriate interpersonal skills with variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to provide supervision to staff that ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
