BLS Cert from AHA or SJHI within 30 days of employment 2 years experience A clinically competent Registered Nurse who uses the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation,! and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients. Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.Experienced RN to float to NBN, Special Care Nursery and NICU. Must have both strong positive interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be flexible in scheduling as may be needed to work day shift or partial shifts.
