BLS Cert from AHA or SJHI within 30 days of employment The Nurse Assistant knows and understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Patient Services. Under the supervision of the ! professional nurse, the nursing assistant provides basic nursing care to assigned patients. Education & Certification: Certification as a Nurse Assistant Preferred or six months nurse aide experience preferred.
