Education/Experience Level * High School Diploma or equivalent * Medical assistant or phlebotomy certification preferred * Two years experience as a phlebotomist and specimen processor in a hospital setting preferred * Excellent customer service skills Knowledge and Skills * Experience with laboratory or hospital computer systems preferred * Computer skills, printers, fax machines, phone system operation and photocopier * Specimen processing for reference send out tests
