We are actively interviewing providers who have at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in adult or family care setting. You must be willing to travel throughout Cleveland County. If you are looking for flexible hours and a change in scenery this is the job for you. If you are interested in joining the House Calls Program and completing in home assessments for Medicare Advantage Members then we want to speak with you today.
Requirements:

• Board Certification t! hrough AANP or ANCC
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
