The Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for using the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients. Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Education/Experience: Associates degree in nursing required. Entry level nursing experience.

Licensure/Certification: Registered nurse licensure in the state of Oklahoma.! CPR certification required.

Knowledge/Skills:!

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with health care team, patients, and families
• Continue to develop and maintain Nursing skills
• Excellent cognitive, organizational, and time management skills
• Good customer service skills both in person and via telephone
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with physicians and staff
• Computer experience; type 30 wpm
