CNA (Healthcare / Nursing / Certified Nursing Assistant)
Job Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant with a background in medical healthcare, you will be maintaining resident areas and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assisting residents in preventative, therapeutic, and restorative nursing procedures; adhering to safety and infection control policies and procedures
Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, ambulating and transferring residents
Completing all required documentation; reporting defective equipment or other potential safety hazards
Working with residents, families, members of the health care team and other employees in a pleasant, respectful ! and cooperative manner
Attending all in-service programs a! s required by facility and state/federal guidelines
Respecting and maintaining resident’s dignity, privacy and confidentiality according to Residents Bill of Rights
Performing other duties as signed such as soiled linen disposal
