Physical Requirements:
Outpatient environment and exposure. The essential functions of this position will involve mobility (being able to move from one floor of campus building to another; being able to move from one building to another for meetings, etc.).
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs in the function of patient positioning and assistance.
Ability to pull including using the upper body to exert force to draw, drag, haul or tug objects; to push including using the upper body to press against an object with force; reach including extending the arm or hand; stand including standing for s! hort or extended time periods; engage in repetitive motions in! cluding movements of the hands, wrists or fingers; grasp including applying pressure to objects with fingers or hands; walk including moving by foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for extended periods of time or over a long distance; feel including perceiving size, shape, temperature and texture; touch including finger dexterity; speak including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others; hear including perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound; see including unique visual requirements above and beyond the standard ability to see with or without corrective eyewear such as color vision, depth perception, etc.
Required Education and Experience:
PA: Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
NP: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Masters preferred.
Required Certifi! cations, Registrations, or Licenses:
These requirements may be imposed by federal, state or recognized accrediting agency as a prerequisite of employment
PA: Physician's Assistant certification and Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure as physician assistant or ability to obtain temporary authorization to practice within 60-days.
NP: Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing; some positions may require certification in a specialty area
Required Skills and Proficiencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Must be able to work with diverse patient population.
