The Hospice Nurse Assistant is primarily responsible for performing patient care tasks as designated by the registered nurse care coordinator. St. John Hospice p! rovides expert, loving care to people with a limited life expectancy. The patient, family members and the patient's physician work together with the St. John Hospice team to establish a plan for care that enhances the patient's quality of life. Our team of professionals including the Nurse Assistant support that plan by responding to the unique needs of the terminally ill and their families.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED required.
Licensure/Certification: Home Health Aide and CPR required. Current Oklahoma Driver's license.
