Position requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing plus 6 months RN experience.
Required Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses:

State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse Certification, BLS, and CPR certification; must possess Chemotherapy Certification or be able to obtain within 90 days.
