The Home Health Nurse Supervisor provides direct supervision to nursing, home health aide and social work field staff. Performs annual performance reviews as well as ongoing feedback related to outcome reports, patient feedback and documentation practices. Reviews timeliness and completeness of clinical documentation which meets identified CMS and 3rd party payer requirements and other regulatory/reimbursement requirements. Maintains adequate levels of competent staff. Proactively monitors clinical and financial performance indicators.
- RN LICENSE AND PREVIOUS HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED*
Oklahoma RN licensed and previous Home Health experience required. Previous Supervisor experience strongly preferred.
