Description: MaineGeneral Health is currently seeking to employ Coordinator, Residential Care right now, this vacancy will be placed in Oklahoma. Further informations about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Responsible for the quality of direct resident care and ensures the quality of life for all residents. Provides functional supervision of The Residence at Gray Birch! programs and employees. Is responsible for compliance with all regulatory statutes regarding Assisted Living Level IV.
Qualifications/Competencies :
Maine State Board of Social Work Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred OR Current State of Maine Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred Current Assisted Living Administrator's License preferred
2 years of management/supervisory experience strongly preferred in a LTC setting
Technical training beyond high school preferred Must have the ability to work independently , effectively manage time and efficient problem solving skills , Must be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Must have confident and effective oral and written communication skills. Prior leadership and human relations skills to lead and coach employees desired. Requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must have a pro! ven history of great customer service skills interacting effec! tively with residents, their families, visitors and other staff members. Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft office applications.
