CompCHOICE, a managed care service provider specializing in workers compensation, is seeking Registered Nurs! es to join the team as Case Managers. After determining your patients needs, you will develop action plans which correspond with physician orders. You will update action plans as necessary and document all changes with regard to CompCHOICE procedures and regulations.
The Case Manager will also be:
Coordinating quality patient care
Maintaining ongoing responsibility for your assigned caseloads
Impacting patients through excellent communication

Job Responsibilities
