Kingfisher Regional Hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to provide leadership for nursing and professional staff, insuring consistent quality care delivery in a cost effective manner and developing and implementing the philosophy and objectives of Nursing Services. In addition, this position supervises all nursing and ancillary support personnel involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care services throughout the facility and is responsible for coordinating and monitoring regulatory compliance at the State and Federal levels.
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: Minimum of 10 years management experience
Special Skills: · Critical thinking skills including ability define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, investigate and apply evidence-based practices
- Color perception is required
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
- Proficiency in computer skills including electronic mail, record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
