Job Responsibilities
As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and overall success of the center. Your responsibilities will include family service, resident care, financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, business development goals and maximization of revenue. In addition, you will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent and also supervising and training high-quality team members.

Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director
Job Requirements :
- Bachelorâs degree; degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Nursing home administrator license (LNHA) required
- 1 year experience in long-term care. 3-5 years experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain positive employee and community relationships
- Ability to plan, develop and implement the programs, policies and procedures, necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation
- Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care
- Desire to enrich patient and resident lives
- Strong organizational and tim e-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Computer proficiency. Point Click Care and SmartLinx experience a plus
