The Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with Standards of the Nu! rsing Practice for pediactric to geriatic patients. With minimal supervision, the Radiology Nurse is to provide quality nursing to outpatients in the Department of Radiology.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: Requires four (4) years of RN experience performing in a patient care RN capacity with at least one year R.N.experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Critical Care or Emergency Room.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma License.
Certifications: ACLS & CPR required.
Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated annually.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: BSN preferred
Experience: Knowledge in the use of technological equipment helpful.
Certifications: Certifications / Qualifications as required to care ! for unit specific populations.
