Location: Tulsa Oklahoma

The RN Transplant Coordinator is primarily responsible for patient management in the various phases of the ! transplant process. This includes reviewing potential recipient information to determine whether program criteria are met, participating in the pre-transplant evaluations, assisting with the transplant clinic, participating in arrangements for the actual transplant, and providing post-transplant patient education as well as arranging for transplant medications after discharge from the hospital.

Education, Licensure & Certification:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred with current Oklahoma RN Licensure required .

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Two (2) years clinical experience required . Excellent cognitive, technical and interpersonal skills required to deliver intelligent, safe and effective patient care along with g ood communication skills.
