Frontier is seeking a compassionate professional to fill our Hospital Liaison Nurse position. This competent and experienced health care professional should demonstrate accountability, flexibility, respect and collaboration. Our highest priority is for our employees to form and function as a cohesive team.
Qualified candidates will have current RN license with 5-7 years experience. Hospice experience a plus, oncology and/or ICU preferred. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
