St. Mary's provides comprehensive medical and surgical services including progressive cardiac services; 24- hour trauma center and emergency services; dedicated women's center ; the Northwest Neuro-Science Institute, Joint Institute; diabetes care center recognized by the American Diabetes Association; Skilled Nursing facility; comprehensive inpatient CARF accredited rehabilitation unit, community resources center; CAP and AABB accredited laboratory; fully accredited cancer program, a Women's Imaging Center and Wound Care unit.

Responsible for the coordination of Nursing Service activities and patient care on 3-11/11/-7 weekday shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Performs all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of St Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

Requirements

Licensure/certification/education:
Current RN Licensure in State of Oklahoma required.

Requires BLS Healthcare Provier upon start and ACLS.

Experience required:
Experience as a professional nurse in which administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated.

Special qualifications:
Must successfully complete the Nurse Career Battery.

BSN preferred,

proficient computer skills, communication skills, problem and decision-making skills and leadership skills.
