Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Primary Care with ER experience
• Full, unrestricted Oklahoma medical license
• Emergency Medicine experience
• Federal DEA
• Clean background | Minimal to no malpractice history
• U.S. Citizen or valid Greencard holder
